On Monday, Indiana State Police released a composite sketch of a man considered the main suspect in the killings.

Police said the suspect has reddish-brown hair, stands between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10 and weighs between 180 and 220 pounds.

According to the ISP's press release, the composite sketch is a result of information collected throughout the now nearly six-month long investigation.

Sgt. Kim Riley says a news release will be issued Monday morning providing "very important" information that "will give people a clearer image of who we are looking for" in the unsolved double-murder case.

A reward of more than $230,000 is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the girls deaths.

The Indiana State Police respectfully requests media share both the image of the subject previously released along with the composite sketch provided as an attachment with this release.

Libby German and Abby Williams were reported missing by their family on February 13. "The investigation continues", says Captain Dave Bursten with the Indiana State Police. Their bodies were found about 12:15 p.m. a day later.

"We've always felt like we are going to solve this", he added.

Liberty had the presence of mind to turn on her cell phone before she was killed, according to police.

Police later released a photo of a man walking on the bridge and a recording of a suspect saying "down the hill."

"This young lady is a hero", Indiana State Police Sergeant Tony Slocum said at a press conference.
